From Monday 24 August to Friday 28 August 2026, a key stage of the upgrade will see our existing telephone numbers progressively transferred to the new system. The upgrade has been carefully planned with our telecommunications provider to minimise any service disruption.
During this time, our services and scheduled appointments will continue as normal. While telephone numbers are being transferred to our new system, however, callers may temporarily receive a busy tone or be unable to connect with us on some of our usual telephone numbers. If you are unable to reach one of our centres or services during the transition, please wait a short time and try calling again.
Our 1300 and 1800 numbers will also be transferred as part of this upgrade. These numbers will be transferred at the same time as the centre or service they are connected to.
We are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 000 (triple zero).
If you cannot reach the centre or service you are trying to contact and your enquiry is urgent, you contact RAV on (03) 8573 2222.
For non-urgent enquiries, you can send us a message via the form at the bottom of this page.
If you have an appointment scheduled, please attend as planned unless we contact you directly to advise otherwise.
We apologise for any temporary inconvenience during the upgrade and will endeavour to minimise the disruption to our clients and the community.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this important upgrade.
