Counselling
For couples, families and individuals, including children and young people.
Family dispute resolution (mediation)
Helping couples who are separating or divorcing, and adult family members, to resolve their family law disputes.
Support for people who are affected by family violence
We’re funded to provide free group programs for women who are affected by family violence, and therapeutic support for children and young people. We can also support people of all genders through our counselling service.
Programs for men who use family violence
We offer men’s behaviour change programs (MBCPs) and men’s case management programs for men who use, or have used, family violence. Additional support is available for men who have completed an MBCP.
Multicultural services
The diversity of Shepparton has created an opportunity for our centre staff to work closely with an increasingly diverse local community. The centre has been involved in many projects and partnerships particularly focusing on newly arrived migrants and connecting them with the broader community.

Forced Adoption Support Service
Free, practical and emotional support for people affected by forced adoption.
Intercountry Adoptee and Family Support Service
Free support for intercountry adoptees and their families, including, young adoptees, adult adoptees and adoptive parents.
Redress Support Services
Free and confidential support for anyone making, or considering making, an application through the National Redress Scheme.
Workplace support services
In-person and online training and workplace support services designed to improve interpersonal relationships, promote effective communication, and resolve conflict.
Courses run by this centre
Men's Behaviour Change Program
A free 20-week group program for adult men who have used violent or controlling behaviours towards their partner/s and/or children and would like help with managing their behaviour.
You Are Not Alone (YANA) - Shepparton
A free, family violence support group for women in Shepparton who have been impacted by family violence and would like to join with other women to express themselves as well as regain their sense of self through learning, sharing, connecting and creating.
