Relationships Australia Victoria has been on a journey to define, measure and communicate our impact.

To be selected as a finalist for the 2024 SIMNA Excellence in Social Impact Measurement Awards recognises our work over several years and is a testament to the quality of our efforts.

Our pitch demonstrates the benefit of collaboratively and consistently embedding outcome measurement into our systems and practices. As a result, we have been able to demonstrate significant improvements in subjective wellbeing across our outcome domains, articulate the importance of relationships and how we create change, and most recently conduct cost-benefit analyses of our services demonstrating substantial benefits and value.

Our journey of social impact measurement has allowed us to demonstrate the impact and value of our services, backed by data and evidence, and now shape the future of our work.
