Learn strategies to help clients focus on their core values and behaviours.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is a short-term, evidence-based therapeutic approach which focuses on helping clients to achieve their goals. Incorporating positive psychology principles and practices, it is designed to help clients change their thoughts and behaviour by building solutions rather than focusing on problems. This approach provides a hope friendly, positive emotion-eliciting, future-oriented vehicle to help clients formulate, motivate, achieve and sustain desired behavioural change.
