Dr Bill Mitchell is a highly experienced clinical psychologist. Dr Mitchell’s expertise is in helping his clients recover their energy for life; those people who have become over-stressed, over-anxious, over-worked and overwhelmed. His skills have come from working with a wide range of individuals and corporate clients, many of whom have gone on to champion this unique approach in their workplace. Dr Mitchell’s popular book ‘Time to Breathe’ has for the first time made his unique model available to a wider audience.
